Job Description

Manage the quality of cable harness/connector and PCB from design to prototype. Drive the activities in supplier side for continuous quality improvement.
Establish quality system in supplier side to meet GE’s requirements by following ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3
Lead capacity analysis in supplier side for big projects.
Asia PCBA projects EQ review. DFM review and ICT/FCT fixture qualification.
PCBA supplier audit and qualification
Select, qualify, monitor, and assure the ongoing supplier quality of some key components (cable harness/connector/EMD parts/Compressor/Glass ceramic/switches/Sensor/filter/Capacitor…) through a comprehensive set of quality tools and processes as the site quality owner
PPAP for component qualification
Color assessment and evaluation for appearance parts. Setup training system in supplier site (delta E& Munsell 100 etc)
Setup color evaluation system in supplier site.
Good knowledge of GD&T.Help and train supplier to well understand GE’s GD&T drawing.Ensure the product technical requirements are well conveyed to and followed by suppliers
