We are looking for an experienced Quality & Food Safety Manager to lead our Quality and Food Safety Management Systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously improve the Quality & Food Safety Management System.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC 22000, and applicable food safety regulations.
- Lead internal, external, and certification audits.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, CAPA, customer complaints, and supplier quality.
- Lead the Quality team and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and food safety within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
