Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and enhance current work processes for quality
• Provide expert education on quality improvement strategies
• Lead quality reviews and promote a culture of safety
• Engage with staff for continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in healthcare or related discipline
• 5-7 years related experience in quality and patient safety
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities
