Hiring a Full-Time Quality Assurance RN for our Appleton Office! OASIS experience required.
PRN Home Health and Therapy is based in Appleton Wisconsin
We’re Looking for a Registered Nurse Who:
Excels in the development of highly proficient and confident teams
Enjoys finding new opportunities for quality improvement
Is a great communicator with both staff, management, and clients
Loves working independently, and as part of a supportive team
Job Duties include:
Daily review of clinical documentation in EMR including OASIS, Evaluation, Discharge, Physician Orders, Routine Visits
Provides feedback and education to improve quality of patient care and documentation
Completes compliance audits of all patient care documentation.
Participates in Quality Assurance Meetings
Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws
Assists with onboarding new staff and ongoing staff training, including QAPI
Requirements:
Currently licensed in Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse.
Experience with OASIS documentation
Current American Heart Association CPR Certification.
Previous experience in home health preferred
Able to organize and prioritize work independently
Communicate tactfully
