Quality Improvement Specialist (Bilingual) Jobs in Beaverton, OR at Community Action Organization

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Take measurements of various part specifications and record the results
Analyze results to ensure production is meeting quality specifications
Inspect individual part surfaces for defects
Tag and quarantine parts that have significant quality issues to ensure rework gets performed
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Collect and compile statistical quality data
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Education and Experience

3+ years of QA experience preferred
Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
Product or industry-specific experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
Experience with micrometers and other quality lab tools
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

Full Time 40 hr/week
Hourly rate range from $15/hr – $20/hr
