Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks a Quality Improvement Specialist to foster a culture of safety and enhance service delivery. This full-time position reports to the Quality & Safety Manager and focuses on coaching and implementing the SHA Management System. The role is pivotal in achieving organizational goals through quality improvement initiatives and Lean Methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the SHA Production System for effective service delivery

• Coach staff on continuous improvement and safety practices

• Implement and evaluate the SHA Management System

• Lead quality improvement initiatives across the organization

• Collaborate on system-wide improvement activities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in complex healthcare settings

• Leadership experience in quality improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in health-related field

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Project Management diploma is a plus
