Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Quality Incharge. The Quality Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes at our RMC plants. Daily tasks include monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Quality Incharge will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of quality assessments and collaborating with other teams to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications
Experience in quality control processes and procedures
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for inspecting products
Ability to document and maintain accurate quality records
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
Relevant experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
