Position Overview:
Title: Quality Investigator JR (Product Surveillance Associate)
Location: Sturtevant, WI (on-site)
Duration: 12 months (contract)
Work Hours: Flexible start time between 7 am to 9 am, with an 8-hour workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
Minimum Hours: 40 hours/week (overtime may be available).
Job Responsibilities:
Work independently and collaborate with customers, healthcare professionals, and global teams.
Handle inquiries from multiple channels (phone, email, verbal), ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues remotely.
Perform follow-up actions and close records efficiently.
Conduct investigations, including product returns, manufacturing record reviews, and obtaining necessary approvals.
Ensure all complaint processing complies with the Company Quality System.
Job Requirements:
A BS in a Physical Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Experience in Quality Assurance or a regulated industry.
Strong technical writing and problem-solving skills.
Vision Assessment (20/20 near visual acuity and acceptable color vision).
