Description:
Pay Range: $18/hr – $24/hr
Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Summary: Verifies and keeps records on all incoming and outgoing product. Organizes all product throughout the plant and prepares product for production and/or shipment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Inspect all parts for outgoing shipments and print certs for all.
Load trucks accordingly.
Review inventory and parts received from prior day and review with Plant Manager to implement necessary training or coaching of shipping and/or operator employees on all shifts.
Communicate discrepancies to customers and request PO’s and any other information needed from customers related to shipping and/or quality; communicate information requested by customers regarding shipping or quality.
Conduct LPA audits 2 times per week and review findings, suggest corrective actions to Plant Manager o help with implementation.
Review Micro Hardness and continue as such
Assist with Safety and/or Quality training.
Responsible for holding area parts in and parts outs to ensure shipping, upon discussion with Plant Manager.
Keep the log for hold area to include corrective actions taken to prevent parts from needing to be in
Have corrective actions documents for the files
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
