Quality Inspector Jobs in Saco, USA at Nikel Precision Group, LLC
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform first article, in process and final inspections of machined parts for our 1st and 2nd shift operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of machined components in accordance with published inspection instructions
- Document inspection results and maintain records of compliance in accordance with international standards, internal procedures, and customer requirements
- Support operator-led in-process inspection activities
- Audit and approve inspection records and/or external documents such as certifications
- Identify, document, and disposition non-conforming material upon detection of discrepancies or potential discrepancies
- Work closely and collaboratively with multiple departments to identify and rectify quality issues
- Plan, organize, and prioritize own daily work routine to meet expected schedule of deliverable product
- Routinely utilize various measurement techniques
- Demonstrate ability to resolve a host of quality issues throughout work processes in adherence with company procedures, quality systems standards, and supplier quality agreement
