Purpose:
To support quality assurance functions across incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities for Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) components and assemblies in Alhkorayef Potrolum. This role will also monitor and manage calibration of inspection and measuring equipment to ensure compliance with internal and industry quality standards

Responsibilitie

Perform dimensional and visual inspection of raw materials and machined components upon recei - pt.Review and verify documentation including material test certificates (MTCs), certificates of conformity (CoCs), and inspection repor
- ts.Conduct in-process inspections during machining and assembly to ensure compliance with drawings and specificatio
- ns.Inspect critical features such as impeller/diffuser clearances, stack lengths, rotor fits, keyways, and other tolerance-critical are
- as.Validate and record results of first article inspections (FAI) as per control pla
- ns.Support assembly and test operations by inspecting sub-assemblies and final ESP pump assembli
- es.Review and verify cleanliness, marking, and serialization of components prior to final relea
- se.Final inspect completed units and ensure conformance to inspection and test plans (ITP
- s).Identify and report non-conformances, and assist in root cause investigation and containment actio
- ns.Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure traceability of all inspected ite
- ms.Monitor calibration due dates for inspection, measuring, and test equipment (IMT
- E).Coordinate internal or external calibration activities and ensure updated calibration certificates are availab
- le.Verify measuring tools are within calibration before use and properly stored after u
- se.Support internal and external audits by providing inspection records, calibration data, and traceability documen
- ts.Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improveme
nt.
Required Skills and Qualificati
- ons:
Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equival - ent).2–5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within ESP manufacturing or similar rotating equipment indu
- stry.Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and thread ga
- uges.Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&a
- mp;T.Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1, and relevant oil & gas manufacturing stand
- ards.Familiarity with calibration systems and measurement traceabi
- lity.Professional English written and verbal communication sk
- ills.Good understanding of ISO9001 QMS requirements and implementat
- ions.Computer literacy is requ
- ired.Familiar with Non Destructive Equipment/Testing (NDE/NDT) is a
plus.
