Actio Recruitment Actio Recruitment are supporting a respected CNC machining and precision engineering company in Exhall as they look to add a Visual Inspector to their quality team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and room to grow.
The Role Working within a busy machine shop, you will carry out a range of visual and basic dimensional checks to ensure components meet the required standards. Daily tasks will include:
Inspecting batches of machined parts for surface finish, defects and general conformity Checking threads using gauges Verifying thread depths and other features Recording results accurately and reporting any non-conformances Supporting wider quality activities as required Developing your skills with further training provide
D About You We’re looking for someone who brings:
Circa 2 years’ experience working in a precision engineering or CNC machining environment A good eye for detail and a methodical approach Confidence reading basic instructions and recording measurements Reliability, accuracy and a positive attitude towards learning Why Apply Temp-to-perm route with a stable employer Day shift working pattern Training and progression opportunities £14.00 per hour If you’re an experienced inspector or a quality-minded production operative looking to step into inspection work, we’d like to hear from you.
