Twin City Staffing is seeking a detail-driven quality inspector to support a growing precision manufacturing shop in Blaine, MN. This day-shift role focuses on inspecting high-precision and medical components while working closely with production and quality teams to ensure specifications and standards are consistently met.
Location: Blaine, MN
Pay: $23.00 – $26.00/hr., depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Duties of the quality inspector:
- Perform in-process and final inspections on precision and medical components
- Inspect parts using CMMs, OGP, and other metrology equipment
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, and features against prints and specifications
- Document inspection results and support quality records
- Identify and report nonconforming material
- Work closely with production and quality leadership to resolve issues
- Maintain inspection tools, equipment, and work areas
Requirements of the quality inspector:
- Experience inspecting precision or medical components
- Strong GD&T knowledge and advanced blueprint reading skills
- Hands-on experience with metrology equipment such as CMMs and OGP systems
- Manufacturing quality inspection experience required
