Job Description:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Microsoft Office experience required
Med device experience nice to have
Complaints coming from sales, adverse events, malfunctions, etc.
Document, coding to follow trends with products
Regulatory experience nice to have
Clinical/medical experience okay
Jr. Regulatory experience okay
Time management – able to meet deadlines, manage workload
QA experience nice to have
Takes file load and managing, coding, procedure descriptions,
Adaptable, motivated, self-taught
Microsoft knowledge
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Sciences preferred
Complaint handling experience a plus
Customer service, claims backgrounds, high volume
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
