Located in Tulsa, OK, in this critical role you will be responsible for planning, performing, and documenting inspection activities for Emerson’s Pressure Regulator product lines. You will perform in-process and final inspections of pressure equipment and parts to ensure the products meet company and customer specifications and standards.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Interpret drawing dimensions and perform measurements of the actual part.
Proficiency in using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, pin gauge, thread gauge, and other associated measuring devices.
Perform visual inspection on incoming parts and finished product.
Support internal quality processes including the non-conforming material process.
Perform Final Inspection of finished product and In-Process First Article Inspections.
Adherence to established procedures found in the QMS (Quality Management System).

For this Role You Will Need:
HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience; two to five years of Quality Assurance experience.
Able to interpret drawings and specifications while performing detailed inspections in accordance with approved quality parts.
Intermediate to advanced level of digital literacy in email, Word, and Excel.
Ability to use mechanical measuring equipment, perform visual inspection, and first article inspections experience required.
Ability to stand and work on the factory floor when inspected; ability to process computer work and/or sit at a workstation to complete tasks.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Technical school certificate or degree.
Previous product knowledge.
Internal auditing experience.
Ability to perform PMI testing, Spring testing, and FARO Arm inspections.
Ability to perform DFT inspections as required.
Experience in Oracle or other ERP systems.
