Midway Vacations, a premier vacation rental management company in the heart of Waikiki, is seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Hospitality Quality Supervisor to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
In this role, you will lead and inspire our housekeeping team, ensuring every property meets our rigorous quality expectations. Your responsibilities include:
✔ Conducting thorough property inspections
✔ Training and mentoring housekeeping staff
✔ Documenting findings and implementing improvements
✔ Ensuring all rentals are guest-ready at all times

What We’re Looking For:
Technology skills (Excel and Word)
Attention to detail and strong observational skills
Reliable and punctual with good time management
Strong leadership and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and transportation.
What We Offer:
Pay: $26 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
