Job Description
Midway Staffing is dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with exciting career opportunities. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector with experience in PCB manufacturing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visually inspecting and testing small printed circuit boards to ensure they meet high-quality standards. You will use specialized tools and microscopes to identify defects such as incorrect component placement, solder issues, or damage while adhering to company specifications and industry guidelines.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedule: 5AM-1:30PM or 8AM-4:30PM
Pay rate: $19-$20/hour
Duties:
Conduct visual inspections under magnification to identify defects in components, solder joints, and traces.
Measure critical dimensions of components and PCB features using calipers and precision tools.
Verify proper component placement and identify solder joint quality for adhesion and appearance.
Document and report defects while maintaining accurate records to ensure quality compliance.
Requirements:
Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for visual inspections.
Attention to detail for spotting small defects.
Basic understanding of electronics and ability to read simple blueprints.
Basic computer skills for recording inspection results.
