Role Responsibilities:
– Maintain
quality control
throughout the manufacturing process, adhering to business standards and customer expectations.
– Conduct thorough inspections and verifications of parts at various stages within the business.
– Prepare and report on first article inspections.
– Manage non-conformance processes for both suppliers and customers.
– Perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions, including rework of parts.
– Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and production targets.
– Support the integration of quality into the manufacturing cycle.
– Act as an approved signatory for the release of related quality processes.
Skills and Experience
Required:
– A solid background in engineering.
– Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
– Technical knowledge and experience within the aerospace sector are highly desirable.
– Previous experience in a
quality control
environment is preferred.
– Recent experience with First Article Inspection.
– Auditing experience.
– Exceptional
attention to detail
and numeracy skills.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication skills
and computer literacy.
– Eagerness to learn new skills, including programming of Laser Measuring Machines.
– Proficiency in Excel.
Working Hours:
– Monday – Thursday, 06:45 – 16:30
Pay:
– Depending on Experience
