Pay
1st Shift: $18.50/hr. + $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus
Earn up to $19.75/hr.*
2nd Shift: $19.00/hr. + $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus
Earn up to $20.25/hr.*
Schedule
Monday–Friday
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Occasional Saturday overtime may be available
What You’ll Do
- Visually inspect lightweight manufactured parts
- Identify defects and cosmetic imperfections
- Follow a simple 4-step inspection process
- Separate parts that do not meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Able to read and understand work and safety instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Able to stand throughout the shift
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
