Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet strict quality standards by conducting thorough inspections, measurements, and audits throughout the production process. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to delivering defect-free parts that comply with industry regulations and customer specifications.
Duties
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections of stamped metal parts using precision measuring instruments such as gauges, coordinate measuring machines, and vision inspection systems.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical drawings to verify product conformity.
- Conduct quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and FDA regulations to ensure compliance across all production stages.
- Utilize measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to assess product accuracy.
- Collect, analyze, and document data related to quality performance; prepare detailed inspection reports for review by quality management.
- Participate in calibration of measuring instruments and maintain calibration records to ensure measurement accuracy.
Skills
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as height , vision inspection systems, and other measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001)
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality systems within manufacturing settings.
- Excellent analysis skills for identifying defects, trends, and areas for process improvement.
- Basic math skills for dimensional measurements and data analysis.
- Mechanical aptitude combined with attention to detail to uphold high-quality standards in production processes.

Pay: $15.40 – $17.00 per hour
