Become an integral part of our team as a Manufacturing Quality Auditor at our state-of-the-art production facility! You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their ongoing requirements and translate these into actionable specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with our clients and your teammates in a way that fosters a cohesive and productive work environment.
Receiving and critically assessing customer orders for quality and processing requirements.
Determining and implementing appropriate processing steps for each product.
Conducting thorough inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Taking part in ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Broaden your skillset through cross-training in different departments and areas of production.
Playing a vital role on the monthly ‘Quality Council’ to maintain and uplift quality benchmarks.
Your Ideal Profile Includes:
A high school diploma or a similar educational credential.
Familiarity with obtaining supplies online and handling related technologies.
Experience using MS Word and Internet Explorer efficiently.
An excellent work ethic combined with attention to detail and energy.
Physical ability to lift weights up to 30 lbs.

Please Note: Oerlikon is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position, which is $19.00 to $24.00per hour. Some positions within Oerlikon may also offer eligibility to participate in a discretionary incentive program. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for the role will be based on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, internal equity, job location, work experience, education, training, certifications, licenses, etc. Therefore, as compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual, it is likely that not all applicants will be hired at the highest end of the listed compensation range. Our total compensation package goes beyond base compensation and it will include a competitive benefits package starting with 2 weeks paid time off accrued on a monthly basis, 12 holidays, 48 hours personal/sick time (exception for NY where we follow State law,) medical, dental, vision, 401K, holidays, pet insurance and tuition reimbursement all effective day one of hire.
