Quality Inspector
Cross Check Quality Inspection is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Quality Inspectors. No previous inspection experience is required—we provide the training you need to learn the job.
As a Quality Inspector, you will work on-site at our customer’s manufacturing facility inspecting and sorting automotive materials for quality defects. You will identify and separate defective and acceptable material, properly label and record your findings, and perform rework when needed to meet quality standards.
This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment and requires the ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and sort material for quality defects
- Identify and separate defective and acceptable material
- Properly label and document inspected material
- Record inspection results accurately
- Rework material when necessary to meet quality standards
- Follow customer and Cross Check quality and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customer personnel
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
