Envision Inc. is a 4 Star agency that provides in home support for individuals with intellectual and development delays .
We are currently interviewing for a salaried full time Quality Assurance Coordinator. This position answers directly to the Executive Director.
Qualifications for this position include: -Knowledge of DDA policy and procedures-Knowledge of state requirements for meeting the needs of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.-Excellent communication skills are required in order to communicate, with clarity, information gathered during site visits, ISC meetings, and other sources to all appropriate parties.-Attend all required meetings and trainings.-Ability to multitask, follow up and be part of a team is essential.-Willing to work flexible hours, including all shifts and in all homes to complete Quality Assurance reviews.
Supervision experience required as this position will be assisting the Executive Director with supervision of Administrative team members, and other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
Additionally, you must have a valid driver’s license, social security card, auto insurance, pass a background and a drug test.
