Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for performing Operations Quality Assurance Testing Programs as directed by the VP of Safety and Risk.

Essential Functions:
Administer site and asset audits.
Administer branch audits.
Administer employee evaluations.
Supervise branch and field operations as required.
Consult branch management for fleet operations.
Administer and deploy field training programs as required including “pop up” field workshop training.
Administer inspections including, but not limited to, Rigging, Man Basket, and Spreader Bars.
Respond to incidents and conduct investigations as required.
Administer and deliver safety meetings and remedial training.
Continual assessment of Field Labor Technical Qualifications through Periodic Qualification audits and evaluations.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience working in the crane and rigging industry.
5+ years’ experience working in the DOT industry.
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Preferred).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in a standard construction environment with prolonged periods of standing, sitting and/or walking. Subject to standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting objects up to 100 pounds at times. May occasionally be exposed to dangerous machinery, extreme noise and physical harm in areas requiring hard hats, safety glasses and steel-toed safety shoes.
Ability to pass DOT pre-placement physical and physical capacities exam.
