JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews, tests, and inspects medical device finished products and receives incoming materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards
Ensures all non-compliance issues associated with inspections are accurately reported
Performs all routine acceptable quality level inspections and conducts 100% inspections on failures
Performs activities to complete the Certificate of Conformance, final product testing for product release, and required cycle counts efficiently
Participates in continuous improvement activities in team meetings and other formal and informal settings
Assists other departments in the organization with a high level of customer service
Performs cleaning and inspection activities and completes cleaning logs, completes intra-company inspections, and collects and documents magnehelic gauges
Performs quality control testing on products and conducts inspection and disposition of all returned products, excluding complaints
Other duties as assigned
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
2-4 years of inspection, warehouse, or quality experience in a regulated industry

Strong verbal and written communication
Microsoft Office Suite

Utilize measurement and inspection tools (e.g. calipers, gages, manometer, microscope)

Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds
Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital
Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)
