We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with 0-3 years of experience to handle quality control (QC) laboratory support tasks, primarily focusing on sample management, documentation, and basic lab support like glassware cleaning and data entry.
This is not a hands-on testing role but a support role ensuring smooth operations in the QC lab. GMP experience is a strong preference, and a science background (especially in microbiology or chemistry) is nice to have but not required. A high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are must-haves.
The ideal candidate is someone with laboratory support experience, understands CGMP regulations, and is organized, accurate, and can work with minimal supervision.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Receive and document samples coming into the QC lab.
Dispose of samples after testing is complete, following proper procedures.
Distribute samples to the correct testing labs or teams.
Enter data into lab databases and ensure all documentation is correctly filed and maintained.
Request, maintain, and track logbooks used for sample management.
Order and manage lab supplies to ensure the lab is well-stocked.
Clean and store glassware used in lab testing.
Track sample inventory and manage reserve samples for future reference.
Follow GMP guidelines in all tasks and work safely, especially when handling biohazardous materials.
Work independently while being proactive in following SOPs and general instructions.
