Quality Control Inspector will be working under the Quality Control Specialist and Manager’s supervision to perform the daily quality inspections and assist quality control specialist on the ISO requirements. The primary duties are to ensure that the in-coming supply and out-going products meet the company standards and product specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily inspection of the product samples as per the production specifications. Keeping record of product samples and classifying the samples as per the company QC system.
Daily patrolling of all the production lines for product inspection during running in order to prevent any product defects or stop it at the early stages. Ensure that the running products meet the product specifications in all aspects.
Preparing & inspecting customer samples to ensure that samples are clear from any defect and meet company specifications. Keeping documents for all samples provided to customers.
Perform necessary maintenance for printers to keep it in good working condition. Updating the data at the printers to meet product printing specifications. Keeping a reasonable stock of spare parts & supplies for printers and contact outside providers for repair if required.
Working with Quality Control Specialist on claim analyzing and claim processes. Also, assist QC Specialist on training and communicating with employees regarding quality issues across all shifts.
Assist QC Specialist and QC Manager in ISO documentary process, auditing and paper work.

Internal Qualifications:

· Minimum 6 months experience as a FMO.

· Excellent Quality Standards.

· High School graduate or equivalent.

· Excellent attendance.

· Excellent Math skills.

· Knowledge of ISO standards.

· Excellent computer skills required: Excel and Word.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk around Plant as needed.
Ability to bend, stoop, push and pull in regards to tending to the machines.
Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Flexible with schedule and can work overtime and Saturdays when required.
Cooperative and willing to assist others.
*A Safety Sensitive position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.62 – $21.83 per hour
