Quality Technician

Position Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections throughout the manufacturing process. This hands-on role ensures products meet engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections at various production stages.
- Inspect finished products against specifications using a FARO Arm and other inspection equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, engineering drawings, and acceptance criteria.
- Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, profilometers, and other measuring tools to verify product quality.
- Perform dimensional and surface roughness (Ra) inspections.
- Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions accurately.
- Help production teams troubleshoot quality issues and resolve nonconformances.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Assist with maintaining inspection standards and documentation under Quality and Engineering leadership.
- Verify invoices against packing slips and maintain organized paperwork.
- Organize pallets and boxes and lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, inspection, or production support.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Blueprint-reading and computer/data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to process changes, and ask questions when clarification is needed.

Salary Range: $19-21
