Location: Barton in Fabis
Quality Inspector 4 day working week as standard
Monday to Thursday (3 day weekend!) Flexible start and finish time across a day shift pattern
totalling 39 hours per week. Overtime readily available on a Friday (this is optional) Responsible for first off inspection of a range of bespoke

components used within a range of sectors. Training can be provided in certain areas for the right person. We do need someone from a Mechanical /
Precision Engineering
Inspection background due to the nature of components manufactured within the business. Quality Inspector Activities  & Responsibilities:
Perform visual, dimensional inspection of machined parts to drawings and specifications. Inspections to be carried out using manual equipment such as Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, screw ring and plug gauge, height gauges, projector etc. Ability to run approved CMM programs (Training would be given). Carry out first off and final inspection. Comply with the requirements of the ISO
9001:2015 QMS. Maintain inspection documents. Required Skills & Experience asQuality
Inspector:
Proven quality Inspection experience within an engineering environment. Understanding of GD+T and the ability to read and understand drawings Capable of 1st principal inspection. A formal engineering qualification/apprentice trained would be an advantage. Excellent
attention to detail
. Competent using Excel and word. Reference: JP-MIN
