Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Inspector, based in Carson, CA. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing quality inspections, conducting quality control checks, ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes, and analyzing product components to maintain high manufacturing standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to support quality management systems and regulatory compliance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Quality Control, Inspection, and maintaining high production standards
- Experience in Quality Assurance practices and Quality Management systems
- Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying inconsistencies and ensuring compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in manufacturing industries, an advantage
- Previous experience in personal care manufacturing or a related field, a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus
