Quality Inspector Jobs in Irvine, CA at Dynaflex Technologies
Job duties :
- Ensure that inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained properly to ensure accurate measurements.
- Select and prepare samples for inspection, adhering to established sampling plans and procedures.
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on products and components using a variety of tools and equipment to ensure compliance with released specifications and drawings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and test results, documenting any non-conformities and deviations from released specifications and drawings.
- Communicate inspection findings, providing clear and concise reports on the quality of inspected products.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts, suggesting and implementing process enhancements to optimize product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure that product is labeled correctly with part number, lot number, and revision.
- Other duties as required to facilitate product delivery with manager approval.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a regulated industry preferred e.g. ISO 13485, CFR 820, AS9100
- Proficiency in the use of inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) required.
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand inspection requirements on a drawing or specification, required
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies is a plus.
Base Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
