Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Oconomowoc, WI for a Quality Inspector. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing thorough inspections of coated products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, documenting inspection results, collaborating with the production team to resolve quality issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management processes
- Strong skills in Inspection and Analytical Thinking to evaluate and identify nonconforming products
- Prior experience in a similar role within the coatings, manufacturing, or production industry
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards within an industrial or manufacturing setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in quality assurance or a related field is a plus
A unique opportunity to join a new and extremely quickly growing company! We are looking to fill our quality position on our Robotic Paint Line, 1st shift. This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties: inspection of painted parts, recording and logging data of parts, packaging, maintaining work area in a clean and organized manner. Standing for the majority of the shift is expected. Completion of simple paperwork for finished parts may be required. Attention to detail and pride in your work is a must! We are a Class A paint shop whose work speaks for itself. Flexibility, good communication, and the willingness to be a part of the team as a whole are very important. During occasional down-time you may be assigned to other areas of the shop to help as needed.
Full time, first shift
Monday – Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm
$17-$20/hr
