Quality Inspector Jobs in Easton, PA at Coherent Corp.
Purpose: Provide administrative and operational support for waste receiving, QA/QC, and discrepancy resolution.
Title: QA/QC Operations Assistant
Location: Grafton, OH (5 days onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9:30 AM – 6 PM
Duration: Permanent
Pay: $20/HR with full benefits, annual merit raises, and an annual profit share bonus
Must have:
2+ years of experience with administrative tasks (creating, receiving, data entry, and filing of documents)
Customer-service oriented; Self-motivated, driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred:
Background in quality, production, or a related field.
Experience adhering to environmental regulations (RCRA, CWA, CAA, etc.)
Experience creating and/or collecting shipping documentation for inbound and outbound materials.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
OPERATIONS
Reviews manifest and landban paperwork and reports discrepancies per company procedure.
Maintains records retention in compliance with regulatory requirements, permit requirements and company policies.
Responsible for receipt maintenance/manifest validation programs.
Responsible for waste tracking quality control.
Responsible for creating, receiving, data entry and filing all inbound and outbound shipping and manifests documents.
Maintains shipper edits.
TRANSPORATION
Performs driver return administration and related paperwork
Performs dispatch (in coordination with RES Logistics) of inbound and outbound materials, as scheduled.
Creates and/or collects shipping documentation for inbound and outbound materials.
OTHER
Daily use of advanced PC and business computer applications, telephone conferencing and e-mail.
Understands both RIS’ ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and assists with executing their objectives.
Performs other job-related duties assigned.
