Job Description
A Warwick-based manufacturer of precision components and assemblies for the aerospace and motor sport industries is seeking a Quality Inspector.
Shift Patterns
Day Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 07 45
- Friday: 07 00
- Total: 39 hours per week
Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 14 30
- Friday: 12 30
- Total: 39 hours per week
Role Responsibilities
- Read and interpret final drawings, stage drawings, and customer specifications.
- Carry out first principle inspection techniques for first-off and final inspection.
- Inspect finished components using a range of precision measuring equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Complete final inspection plans, including 100% inspection requirements.
- Produce First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
Experience & Skills
- A recognised engineering apprenticeship is preferred.
- Experience with CMM systems (e.g. PC-DMIS) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to support shop floor problem-solving.
- Basic mathematical skills relevant to inspection and quality processes.

Pay
- Up to £662.22 per week
- Shift allowance: £19 per shift (£95 per week) for afternoon shift only
