Proventure is looking to immediately hire a Quality Assurance Training Manager. This role will develop, implement and maintain training and quality assurance programs, materials, metrics and oversee a training team among other duties.
Qualified candidates will meet the following:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of Quality Assurance & Training experience
3+ years of management experience
Experience establishing, developing, and maintaining LMS systems
Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)
Clear and Professional Communication; both written and verbal
Self-motivated, task oriented & deadline driven
Excellent customers service skills communicating with various levels of staff and management
Attention to detail while managing multiple assignments
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement & maintain training programs, materials, and metrics
Develop, implement & maintain quality assurance programs, materials, and metrics
Manage and implement all training and quality assurance programs
Positively engage and motivate staff to effectively implement training and quality assurance systems
Prepare, manage and present KPI and Metrics reports to management
Preparing daily and weekly reports as required
Work closely with executive team & team leaders
Ad-hoc duties and reporting as required
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Compensation: $110,000.00 – $125,000 per year + bonus and excellent benefits package
