Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector for an automation client involved in a long-term project in nuclear refurbishment. The role requires knowledge of aerospace part inspection, including machining and plating components. A strong foundation in blueprint reading and ISO standards is essential for success, and candidates must quickly learn about various parts ranging in size.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect a variety of aerospace components consistently
• Utilize knowledge of blueprint reading for inspections
• Ensure all parts meet ISO standards
• Learn about parts quickly to ensure quality
• Contribute to the ongoing nuclear refurbishment project
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Quality Inspection experience
• Proficiency in mechanical drawings and GD&T
• Familiar with ISO standards
• Experience with CMM is a plus
• Background in aerospace (AS9100) is preferred
