Duties
Conduct thorough visual inspection of product prior to shipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and product quality.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, including findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to product quality and specifications.
