What You’ll Do:
Oversee the organization and maintenance of compliance program documentation
Serve as the point of contact for vendors and third-party testing labs, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to machinery and food safety regulations
Conduct and support quality checks for products, orders, and audits
Assist with factory audits, document control, and compliance-related reporting
Manage allergen lists, daily temperature logs, and food product compliance details
Stay up to date on regulatory changes by reviewing industry news, government agencies, and compliance bulletins
What You Need to Succeed:
Education: High school diploma required
Experience: Prior experience in compliance, supply chain, or quality control preferred
Skills:
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Strong follow-through to complete tasks efficiently
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
