Position: Quality Inspector: Danville, IL (1099 Contractor)
Job Description
* THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME ROLE || THIS IS A 1099 CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY FOR DANVILLE, ILLINOIS

Responsibilities:
Contractor will need to inspect around 1400 pcs of crankshafts for 0.13 Ra surface finish and scratches on all journals.
This will be a manual inspection with a calibrated profilometer and visual inspection.
Results should be documented by serial number.
Technical Qualifications and Certifications:
QE with a background in metrology or calibration services is needed.
Possible mechanical background.
Inspector will need to be able to operate a crane/forklift, each unit is 30 lbs.
NOTE:
Contract Type: 1099 contract (Part Time)
CURRENT OPPORTUNITY is estimating 186 hrs. + 4 hrs. as report time. Please note – in 1099 Contracts, each project work hours will vary for each client.
Shift Hours: 1st shift. Please note – in 1099 Contracts, shift hours are different for each client.
