E-Merge Resources LLC is hiring Quality Inspectors for immediate openings at a manufacturing facility in Johnson Creek, WI.
No previous quality inspection experience is required — training is provided.
Pay & Shifts
1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
$17.00/hour + $2.50/hour attendance bonus = $19.50/hour effective
2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 1:00 AM)
$17.50/hour + $2.50/hour attendance bonus = $20.00/hour effective
3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
$18.00/hour + $2.50/hour attendance bonus = $20.50/hour effective
Attendance bonus is paid for hours worked when employees meet full attendance requirements for the week.
Responsibilities
- Visually inspect manufactured parts for defects
- Identify cosmetic imperfections and quality issues
- Separate parts that do not meet quality standards
- Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No experience required
- Must be able to stand for the full scheduled shift
- Able to follow written and verbal work/safety instructions
- Reliable transportation to Johnson Creek, WI
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must meet applicable pre-employment requirements
Attendance Bonus
Employees who arrive on time and complete their full scheduled shifts as required are eligible for the $2.50/hour attendance bonus, bringing total effective pay up to $20.50/hour depending on shift.
