**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Lead to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, quality control, and project management.
**Duties:**
– Develop and implement and updatequality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
– Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of quality systems and make recommendations for enhancements
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
– Ensure compliance with regulations and other relevant quality standards
– Manage quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities throughout the production process
– Facilitate quality related training
**Qualifications:**
– Preferred degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
– Proven experience in quality assurance, quality management, and ISO principles
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
– Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and procedures
– Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools
– Understanding of project management principles
