In this role, you will:
Audit Operational Accountants and service team members work for accuracy
Document quality issues for management review
Inspect completed tasks and work items to ensure that procedures were correctly followed
Communicate errors in a profession and articulate manner
Participate in disputed audit items to facilitate improvement, training and solutions where necessary
Act as a subject matter expertise
Provide input and suggestions to improve written procedures
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Quality Assurance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Financial services or banking experience
Knowledge of bank products, specifically business credit cards.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Tableau
Ability to learn and become proficient with new software and systems
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to maintain professional etiquette under pressure
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Job Expectations:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
