Quality Inspector – Night Shift Jobs in Del Valle, TX at Tuopu USA
AeroControlex is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. In this position you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory, drawings and purchase order requirements. This is a full-time position on 1st shift with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform accurate measurements
Read blue prints and interpret source requirements
Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities in products
Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control activities
Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous Inspection experience preferred.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments
Previous blue print reading experience and understanding of GD&T
Experience operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently
Previous experience in Aerospace/Automotive industry is a plus
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
