Job Title: Inspector/Rewinder

Division & Department: Label Operations
Reports To: General Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
To inspect product for all quality issues, and to make sure it meets the customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Rewind product per customer specifications on job order
· Computer punches on GBS computer
· Cutting cores
· Core label product
· Follow rewind schedule
· Ordering supplies such as cores
· Ink jet numbering on back of label
· Inspect completed product for quality
· Follow procedures and work instructions
· Support the business system and the quality mission statement
· Other duties and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)
· Good Written and Oral communication skills
· Detail Oriented
Ability to work around strobe lights.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
· Basic math skills
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Knowledge and/or experience in flexographic printing preferred
