Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for a mentor/coaching role in our quality department (3-month contract).
Provide expert guidance to the lab team, assist in writing and revising procedures, and address quality events by implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of lab experience, preferably in the medical device industry with a focus on mechanical testing.
Hands-on testing experience, deep understanding of potential lab issues, and proficiency in technical documentation and best lab practices required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality assurance.
Candidate Profile:
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment and offer practical advice to streamline processes and reduce growing pains within the lab.
Experience in handling sample traceability and addressing quality issues is crucial.
Background in the medical device industry.
