We’re seeking a motivated, detail-focused individual to join the team as an Entry-Level Quality Assurance Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in environmental science, lab work, or quality control.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in performing basic tests on organic materials in a lab setting
Help record and input data into tracking systems accurately
Walk the yard and monitor product conditions during production
Learn how to identify and report quality issues or inconsistencies
Work effectively in an environment with strong organic odors
Support overall lab cleanliness and organization
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (science coursework is a plus)
Interest in sustainability, recycling, or lab work
Comfortable working outdoors and in odor-intense areas
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team

Must be available to work weekends and overtime
Pay:
