Position Summary:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases to support a large-scale information system. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, document and troubleshoot errors, and ensure high standards of quality in software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage test plans, test cases, and defect reports
Execute manual and automated tests using tools like Leapwork or Selenium
Identify, log, and analyze software defects
Collaborate with development and business teams for test planning and execution
Perform various types of testing: functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Participate in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall-based development processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years of QA testing and change management experience
3+ years in a cross-platform development environment
Familiarity with automation tools and basic SQL
Experience with ServiceNow or similar tracking systems
Strong understanding of the full software testing lifecycle
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in writing scripts and test documentation
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience working in remote or hybrid teams
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 per hour
