Job Responsibilities:
Perform and monitor the overall quality of parts from in-process to final inspections and auditing.
Verify that operators are manufacturing acceptable quality parts and running to SPC specifications.
Perform quality related testing.
Initiate review of non-conformity.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing practices, inspection systems, and programs is required.
Basic knowledge of mathematics is required.
Basic knowledge of SPC and MSA is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to work independently as well as multi-task.
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with computerized office systems and PC software.
Physical Demands:
Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods of time, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
Repetitive finger movement, twisting or pressure involving wrist or hands.
Occasional use of both hands and legs.
Speak clearly, oral communication and hearing conversation.
Ability for rapid manual/muscular coordination simultaneously involving wrist/hands/fingers.
Vision: depth perception and distinguish basic colors.
Use of respirator when working around chemicals.
