Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems and writing SOP’s, with a thorough understanding of FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Create and write SOP’s.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to established procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze data from quality control tests and inspections to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Manage quality-related projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and best practices.
Prepare reports on quality metrics for senior management review.
Requirements
Proven experience in quality management roles, preferably within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, HACCP, and CGMP practices.
Proficient in conducting quality audits and implementing effective corrective actions.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
