Employee oriented company in Waukesha is looking to add a Quality Lab Tech to their 3RD shift. The Quality Lab Tech must have the ability to think critically and analyze dynamic processes, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
DUTIES OF THE QUALITY LAB TECH:
- Complete the analysis of parts
- Identify non-conforming parts in a timely manner
- Correctly isolate non-conforming parts
- Alert production supervisor to quality issues and take necessary steps to resolve the issue
- Identify cause of non-conforming parts
- Document all internally and externally identified non-conforming products
- Measure and check parts
- Take steps to prevent issue happening in the future
- Perform and verify quality audits
- Maintain a clean and organized lab and holding area
